Managing Employee Health and Absence

Dr Wright is a consultant occupational physician who has worked for Atos Healthcare since January 2006. She is currently their director of clinical services with special responsibility for clinical issues, quality and professional advice to improve the delivery to the occupational health contracts. Lucy worked for 10 years for BP as regional medical director for Europe and managed health teams and worked on business health issues in the UK, Europe and the USA. She was a member of the BP Global Health Leadership team addressing strategic business issues related to health. Before working with BP she worked for nearly 7 years with the Health and Safety Executive in their Employment Medical Advisory Service. Lucy is a member of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council and an examiner with the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
